Jeff and wife Tammy have a long relationship with the valley.  Both are graduates of Steamboat High. Both Jeff and Tammy's great grandparents settled in Routt County in the late 1800's.  The Yampa valley is home, and as neighbors they plan on giving their customers a quality job.  As a local company, they strive for great customer service.

LEAD RENOVATION

Thousand of children are poisoned by exposure to lead during home remodels.  Lead causes permanent brain damage in young children and has prompted the EPA to formulate new rules that require certified workers for renovations on target pre-1978 homes and living units.  We are certified lead renovators as required by the EPA.
